    • Charcuterie Box

    Perfect for your next gathering or ready when you arrive to the cottage. Our gourmet charcuterie boxes are locally curated and ready to graze. Each box features a handpicked selection of artisanal meats, gourmet cheeses, savory crackers, and perfectly paired sweet accents. They pair excellent with a bottle of local Tidal Bay wine.

    Our charcuterie box includes:

    • An assortment of meats and local cheeses.
    • Local, in-season (when possible) produce.
    • Nuts, specialty jam, crackers, and more!
    • Price includes delivery to your door in Margaretsville.

    Lobster Roll Meal

    This is our signature dish and is worth lining up your whole day for! The meal includes:

    • 4-5 oz of fresh Nova Scotia lobster tossed in a light mayo dressing, topped with a sprinkle of green onions and a special warm lobster bisque sauce. It’s served on a golden-toasted traditional bun, lined with a lettuce leaf. One roll per person.
    • Gourmet potato salad and seasonal salad.
    • One freshly baked tart per person; flavours based on seasonality.

    • Scallop Roll Meal

    The Scallop Capital of the World is right down the road from Margaretsville, so this dish is made with the best possible ingredients. The meal includes:

    • Seared Digby scallops topped with brown butter, served in a roll lined with bacon, lettuce, fresh chopped tomatoes, and garlic aioli. One roll per person.
    • Gourmet potato salad and broccoli slaw.
    • One freshly baked tart per person; flavours based on seasonality.

    • Cochinita Pibil Pork Tacos

    For those who don’t eat seafood, we’ve got you covered.

    This meal includes:

    • Yucatan-style slow-roasted pork.
    • Flour tortillas.
    • Toppings: mango salsa, pickled onions, cilantro crema.
    • Tortilla chips and guacamole.
    • One freshly baked tart per person; flavours based on seasonality.

    • Lobster Boil Experience

    This isn’t just a meal…it’s an experience. We will come to your accommodation and prepare the lobster onsite. We’ll teach you how to cook and crack your lobster, as well as dig out all the best lobster meat.

    • One fresh Nova Scotia lobster* per person (approx 1.5 lbs).
    • Corn on the cob, boiled onsite.
    • Gourmet potato salad and broccoli slaw.
